No matter what shipping method you specify, we will take up to five working days to manufacture the product prior to shipping. Under certain circumstances we make take longer to ship, such as right before the holidays and at other peak production periods. We often ship within 48 hours but cannot guarantee it. Our factory is closed for production on Mondays. Thus if you place an order on Thursday, it will likely not ship until at least Tuesday. To register your warranty with TSX Toys; you must have the warranty number from the product you have purchased along with the receipt for the purchase showing the TSX product purchased. You will be able to upload it as the following file types only; .png, .jpg or .pdf. Your registration must occur within 3 days of your purchase date. TSX warranty numbers are printed on a separate label attached to the packaging of each product that reads: “No returns or credit without this number”.
TSX Toys guarantees your product to be free of manufacturing defects for 60 days from your date of purchase. Even with a warranty; your product is not warranted against misuse, immersion or wetting of electrical parts, vibrators or components that are not advertised as “waterproof” or for product degradation determined to be caused by lubricants other than recommended.
